Pros
The company cares about who you are as a person. Getting your work done is important, but so is balance in your life. Proper Rate celebrates hard work and achieving goals as a team. Employees lift each other up and help out if needed. Everyone tries to give 100%. Pay and benefits are great. Advancement or career change w/in the company is possible. Training is top notch for this industry. Technology and use of it is top notch. I can't say enough great things about PR!

I really don't have any cons to working here. My teams and management are all great people to work with.
