PromptQL has an undisciplined and unreliable leadership, and it's the reason why this company continues to stagnate. There are many talented employees and decent leaders here, but the majority of the leadership are a bunch of incompetent and lazy people who don't care about improving the workplace and growing this company further. We have a chaotic work environment because the leaders don't bother to fix our systems and coordinate our schedules. They also don't provide proper support and clear guidance to employees.
