You get good projects, flexi- time, most of the times the team work on the timelines that team decides, focus on quality. CEO and Team Leads are strict in terms of following processes and timelines. They are only concerned about the work BUT there is ZERO tolerance policy for missed deadlines and low quality work. Otherwise, parties are cool, celebrations and fun times are valued. good employees are treated like family.
