Great Place to Work - Director Progressive Diagnostics Employee Review

Pros

Still relatively small (c. 70 employees), and organizationally flat. If you can demonstrate commitment and proactively add to the company, there is ample opportunity for growth and recognition.

Cons

The industry is in a state of flux, especially in a post-C19 medical environment. Management is actively planning growth and change to adapt, but we are still in early stages of that process.

Pros

Hours are flexible, I started off part time and when I was able, I moved to full time. They pay me top dollar for a specimen collector and the coworkers are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Travel can be a part of it. I have moved between a few towns working at different offices as a specimen collector for progressive. It's not so much a con but may not be possible for everyone. They did pay me for my mileage whenever I did travel.

Pros

Company has a big goal to be the premier diagnostic facility in CT. Management is focused on achieving that status, and have done a great job in getting alignment within the company.

Cons

Benefits are expensive, as this is still a relatively small company.
