Pros

-We have linkedin recruiter - Average commission structure

Cons

-Roles in Clinical Research have dissappeared, and you can easily verify this from our website and from our consultants linkedin account activity. Clinical Research recruitment is not what used to be, and the managers know that. I am sure they will post soon a response as they dont want the new employees to know the truth. -Many colleagues who have joined us from the competitors, have left after a short period, and they dont include this employment on their linkedin. -This place is getting a KPI led company, where people dont matter only results, calls & how much money you are making for the company. - Company boasts about rewards, but if you are making good commission, the reward is like peanuts for the ones who will never get the big money. I was promised I will make good money, but the market they assigned me cant generate that commision for anyone. -The managers are nice at interview, once you start it's a different story. Hence people leave so often. - Training is average, and there arent many tricks they will show you. -Unethical environment & the main focus is on manipulating the candidates

Thank you for your review. I am disappointed to read some of your views, particularly as you have stated that you are a current employee. As HR Manager I would like to think that ProClinical pride themselves on listening to and understanding the needs of our employees. We have completed one internal anonymous employee engagement survey and one external anonymous engagement survey since July last year and are in the process of working on our next one. Our action points from each survey conducted are communicated in all of our quarterly kick off presentations. To add to this we have quarterly individual reviews, a suggestion box and senior management hold open door meetings at least once a quarter with the last one being last week. Our KPIs have remained the same for a number of years and we strongly feel that our CV send out target of 1 day is fair and particularly low for industry standard. We feel it’s important to confirm that after checking your suggestion that people do not list ProClinical as an employer that only one consultant has done this since the start of 2017 and they left the company for personal reasons with the full support of everyone at ProClinical. We would disagree on the view of Clinical Research recruitment however if you are a genuine current employee then we would strongly suggest you speak to myself directly about an internal transfer to a different vertical focus. We have done this previously many times to great success and this could allow you to have the performance level required to have the amount of success you suggest you wish to have.

Pros

Great place to work as a contractor. Pay was fair, benefits offered to contract employees are great. Any time I had an issue or concern, my recruiter, and other staff that assisted me was attentive, responsive and extremely helpful.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Whilst we encourage in-person meetings with candidates and clients, this is not always possible and therefore a lot of our day to day activities are phone based. Being able to connect with candidates and clients over the phone is a fundamental part of the recruitment process.
