It was fun but management was poor

Management wasnt very good at both direct and senior

- Invest heavily in staff training and the best new tools available - Mostly relaxed atmosphere - Not hugely KPI focused (so long as financials are being met) - Management are easy to talk too and spend their day in the office - Management are trained and experienced managers and the directors are ex-recruiters with an abundance of industry knowledge - Clear and definitive opportunities to progress internally - Ability for consultants to create their own niche and grow teams - Clear communication from directors down to recruiters - Decent company wide and individual incentives - Good pay structure and a strong commission scheme

- The business can be quite reactive instead of taking longer-term views in certain areas - Some clear internal favouritism - No defined training scheme for in-experienced rookies
