Pros

Free cruise every year and the 9/80 work week is nice.

Cons

Very competitive for promotions, management likes to pit employees against each other. It’s common for VPs to bring their sick kids to work, because god forbid they miss a day of work. The creative director rides the edge of being verbally abusive. 12+ hour days are expected. You’re looked down upon if you leave before 6. The office is very quiet, and not terribly friendly. Make sure you negotiate your salary HARD before you start. They will undercut you by touting the free cruise.
