Pros
Some of the people are pretty cool.
Cons
Pay is so low that I barely break even after paying for childcare. While some departments are allowed to work 100% remote, other departments do not remote at all or are on hybrid schedule. The schedule you are on for frequency or days for remote work can be changed randomly and without your consent.
