      Great career progression, relatively forward thinking, look after their staff. Some great colleagues.

      Cons

      Potters is a bit cliquey, if your face doesn’t fit, or you’re not willing to bend to the corporate structure; you’re a pariah. Some awful colleagues.

      amazing work culture, people are extremely friendly and very understanding, life comes first before job

      Cons

      when it comes to promotions, upper management are quite racist. white people tend to get promoted quickly while others usually get stuck behind. many without an engineering degree go up just cause they are white
