      Pros

      Some colleagues are nice, certain aspects of environment can be laid back and refreshing

      Cons

      Lots of these reviews are inflated by new hires from the Philippines. Management and recruiting pressure new hires to leave Glassdoor reviews. Very egotistical working culture. Lower level employees scapegoated. Do not recommend.

We strive to have a welcoming and enjoyable work environment. We do ask people to share their experiences on Glassdoor.       -I loved working with all of the people on my team. You will never find a more trustworthy or awesome group of people. -The work life balance was the best! No pressure to respond instantly at all hours of the night like at some other employers -I think the benefits were pretty decent -Nice that performance and salaries got reviewed regularly

      Cons

      -C Suite seems to disagree frequently, which seems like it led to a lot of changing direction with products and services -The CEO needs to work on his communication skills with people outside of the execs. Sometimes he was super approachable and other times was way too intimidating. It was uncomfortable not knowing what you were going to get -Constant change can be a good thing in a start up, but it can also be exhausting
