No company is perfect, while the company is growing things may get missed or overlooked at some point but never forgotten.

Clean work place with great people to work with. Machines are great, maintenance crew takes good care of the machines and the parts they make there arent super difficult.

Huge lack of leadership, no training programs for new employees, below average pay for the industry. They also have a week on, week off schedule that also flips between days and nights. If you arent a divorced parent who gets your kids every other week this schedule isnt for you. It also takes forever to move up in the company even asking daily for next steps and training.
