Flexible work hours, good life/work balance, excellent on-site amenities, good benefits, and everyone is positive and happy

    Pros

    The company itself is doing meaningful work. Its nice to be a part of something where you have the chance to make a difference. The VP of Sales is really awesome! She is one of the bright spots on the sales team. Pretty good on going training as well from what I have seen.

    Cons

    From the outside looking in, the Account Development team may just be the worst team to be a part of in the sales department. Most people working on the team clearly don’t want to be there, they are looking of ways to get out. Reps for the most part are not motivated, the reason for the lack of motivation may be poor sales management. Apart from maybe a couple of people, the account development team is poorly managed by managers who probably have never made a single sales call in the industry. Lots of empty promises, you only grow if you suck up to management. Serious lack of empathy when it comes to the career goals of reps. They keep hiring reps in droves while not fully throwing support behind current team. The job trains you well, but you cant do much with that training talking to voicemails all day. Also lots of office politics makes the job stressful, if you are not “one of them” its almost like you’re not welcome, you feel left out.

    Good company, and the sales department starts to become better beyond the Account Development Team. The team is not for everyone, stay away if you cant handle the drama and nonsense politics.

    Advice to Management

    Promote a better Sales Culture that is welcoming to everyone.

    I don't see any Cons working here right now.
    Senior Management has a little room for improvement but Mike is still awesome.
