I've been working at PocketGuard for 3 years now, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The culture here is incredibly supportive and collaborative. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued by my team and the leadership. There is a true sense of camaraderie and team spirit here. The company truly cares about the well-being of its employees. The team is always looking for new ways to improve and enhance our product, which keeps the work exciting and engaging. Honestly, I can't think of any major cons. Like any growing company, there are occasional growing pains, but the leadership team is always open to feedback and works hard to address any issues that arise.
