Pros
Friendly atmosphere with lots of camaraderie between the employees in general. Most people there are looking to continue building and growing their skills, which is refreshing. Maker culture where personal projects are heartily encouraged. The overall vision has high aspirations which makes it an exciting place to work.
Cons
Communication and workflow coordination between the teams needs improving. Though I would suspect this is typical since the sets of teams have only recently spun up.
