timing issues become a problem sometimes

I used to speak very poor german at that time and my boss had very strong Berlin dialect. Work load was ok when delivering mail, but annoyingly huge when delivering Amazon packages. Sometimes they send you out without keys to house doors and you have to call around like an idiot. Felt huge anxiety because a guy who used to help the boss was angry all the time with me for no reason. That being sad the colleagues were very sweet and helpful people who introduced me to work. Another problem for me was lack of explanation on company’s policy around sick leave submissions and other basic stuff, but I think I should have ask or done my research, but I’ve felt too overwhelmed bc it was my first job in Germany.

Minimum wage Felt pointless sorting and delivering mostly advertisements That a-hole boss assistant Head office in Berlin doesn’t check their mail in time, I specifically drove for half an hour to submit my sick leave a day before it was due only to find out that I was fired bc of missing the deadline (didn’t fight for myself as I felt way to stressed at that time and wanted to change jobs anyway)
