Worked to death. Long hours with no reward, open vacation policy but you can't really take a vacation. No bonus, comp raises or matching 401k. Lack of product focus means supporting 1000s of gimmicky apps that don't really work in hopes of selling the next 'big' thing. The focus is on quantity with customer driven dates, not quality. Entire teams of developers/ux have been leaving after management morphed into a top down dictatorship. Won't pay market rates so only GC candidates are willing to apply and take the lower pay.
