Salary was decent, more than I asked for, although I'm told it's worse than average. Good benefits, but your paycheck is docked. A lot of people are friendly and helpful, but not everyone.

May depend on the position, but generally it's way too stressful. The culture is one of intimidation. You are expected to work ridiculously long hours and do the work of multiple people because management refuses to assign proper resources to a project. Management won't listen. It's nearly impossible to get anything changed / improved. Everyone is overworked, tired, and frustrated. Even parking is a problem. In short, do not work here.

Two week orientation for new people is helping to improve time to productivity. Great knowledge library and mentor program. Travel opportunities are great if wanted. They are open to knew ideas and processes
