Corporate office is mostly fun place to work. You will work long hours though.
Cons
Back in 2016 a new CEO was hired. He did a big restructure and laid off many seasoned workers with no discretion at the advice of his CFO. The two are like peas in a bad decision making pod. After these layoffs many experienced employees left on their own. IT, HR and Finance were devastated. Now, every eliminated position has been added back. Management realized its failures but is scrambling to undo the damage. Until there is a restructure at the very top things are not likely to improve. Don't go near retail. The stores are understaffed and the staff is under paid. Benefits are at the low end. Management hires part time to avoid benefits, and days are shortened to prevent OT. Stores are open 363 days a year. Keep that in mind!
