Pros

Not very many pros worth sharing

Cons

Turnover is constant for a reason... Complete lack of support for Hunters in inside sales. Leads are tracked on Excel spreadsheets, there's no actual CRM. Training is incredibly subpar and you're thrown into the mix without truly understanding how to drive results. Outreach consisted of cold calling off a list with decades worth of unscrubbed data (Wrong #'s and disconnects galore). There is very little alignment between inside/outside sales which often results in feuds over inbound opportunity. There's little to no room for career advancement within the inside sales department which can leave reps feeling stuck in their role.

Pros

Company has been stable until recently, company has been adding people

Cons

I have been here for quite some time, I have seen the company grow, and now start to fail. This is a niche industry, so not alot of competition. In the past few years, the company has brought on employees that don't understand the family atmosphere that was created. The owner recently sold a large percentage of the company to a venture capital group, Turnover rate is super high, Everyday is filled with drama and confrontation, it's become quite depressing to come into work. Benefits are really bad if you take the health insurance expect that almost 30% of your take home will go towards health insurance. The reason for this is that most of the employees don't take health coverage because of the cost. The PTO is behind industry standards even if you have been here along time you get a minuscule amount of pto, there is no sick time just straight pto. If offered a job here ask about the cost of health insurance and the lack of pto before accepting. Fix the culture its terrible
