you are the job. Putting effort into your work doesn’t matter. You can have a degree in design but the person next to you can be making a power point slide on their favourite superhero and it’s considered the same job title. At the end of the day everyone’s posters get put on the fridge (the Facebook page) regardless of quality. I was never given any clients to work with because I myself was considered the client. Someone is supposed to sit next to you and help you make a poster or two each day through Canva and half the time they made you use the free version which has serious design flaws. (Since learning how to use canva I’ve come to despise it) Doing this same task for a year was extremely repetitive and felt useless after a while.
