Pros
I am part of a great team in the Health and Safety department, We are all very supportive, encouraging and helpful to each other. The role can be fast paced and busy meaning the days can go quickly with plenty to do. I was also given the opportunity to gain a qualification in Health and Safety by completing a Level 2 Safety in the workplace course.
Cons
There can at times be a lack in variety with some days being quite 'samey' due to the nature of the job it can result in speaking to the same clients everyday and working through workflows that have already been explored in the same week.
