Depending on the team you join, there are *some* lovely people!
Cons
- Poor salary - No respect for employees. - Unorganised mess. - Poor leadership. - No communication from top tier management. - Any benefit or award scheme is used is a con. If you get to a point where you are in line for a benefit, a communication is passed from a director level letting you know that the scheme has been changed. - No point trying to raise an complaint with HR, as they don’t want to communicate with company employees. - No training. - No career progression.
