This is the third time I write my review of Paystone. They have had my review removed twice, if that tells you anything about what matters to them. They care a lot about their Glassdoor performance and will actively check in on employees to ask if they have written one. This was the worst job I ever had and resulted in me needing to take a long career break due to burnout. I had many conversations with my manager and HR in tears about my workload and how I was being mistreated by my VP and they never did anything about it. This company is very disorganized and lacks direction. Constant changes and promises of acquisitions, integrations, rebrands - it's a new direction every quarter. Leadership is very very focused on THIS MONTH'S sales targets and will sacrifice even future performance for that. They are very easy to influence and go with whatever shiny new proposal is in front of them instead of sticking to a proper salary. There is a lack of accountable on the executive team because many of them are friends and family. They cut benefits significantly, and are actively trying to build an offshore presence.
