      Employees give top notch education and nurturing to the children in their care.

      Cons

      Terrible communication throughout the agency. Senior managers are out of touch with classrooms. Very toxic atmosphere and morale suffers.

      - Worked with wonderful people who care about their job. - Incredibly supportive lead teacher. - Time outside of the classroom for paperwork and curriculum planning. - Funds used for classroom materials.

      Cons

      - As with any early childhood center; gossip. Everyone is smart and caring there, and if they put their energy towards their work instead of gossiping, it would be an absolutely amazing work environment.
