Pros
Parishsoft was recently acquired by another company, which is owned by a larger equity firm. The culture at Parishsoft before the acquisition was comfortable. Everyone was willing to work together to propel the business forward. People really do care about you there.
Cons
Politics rule the office. People have egos. Executive team needs to be replaced. A lot of the younger employees bring in new knowledge that older employers really need.
