- the company is backed by a multi-million dollar parent company but still runs like a start up - little to no strategic thinking/planning/foresight
- leadership is out of touch. Last year all employees completed an anonymous third party survey. One of the critiques was that there was a ton of favoritism. Lori, during an all hands meeting, said that she didn't believe there was favoritism and dismissed the comment.
- I spoke with HR, leadership, and my direct manager about my frustrations on a handful of occasions but nothing changed.
