Lack of Leadership, Crisis Management - Director IT Paramount Pictures Employee Review

Paramount has been hollowed out so much that there is not enough product to run a viable business, which has lead to ever increasing slashing of overhead (sorry staff). At a time when other Studios and there corporate parents are well diversified in their media and entertainment assets, what is startling is how the Paramount/Viacom train has gone so far off the tracks. A handful of movies a year and very limited TV production doesn't bode well..
