Stable work environment. Weird industry to get into but has a lot of opportunities for growth since a lot of people seem to be retiring. Once you really get “in” with the company and develop a reputation, they tend to promote within. Good open door policy – Management/HR always seems open to discussing suggestions (even if they don’t go with all of them). Friendly environment with lots of hard workers/professionals. Good compensation.

Hard to get “in” with the company/ get the better assignments when you first start. Work environment can be a little old-fashioned but also I guess that's the industry. Could be better at communicating expectations and advancement opportunities.

Super right wing owners. Pretty chaotic.
