Pros
Working at Paperflite has been a really meaningful experience for me. What stood out pretty early on is that there is actual thought behind what we’re building. It is not about just shipping features, but about creating something that genuinely adds value for customers, and you can feel that in how teams work. The culture is something I really appreciate. People are approachable, supportive, and easy to work with. You are not boxed into your role, and you are encouraged to share ideas and think beyond your scope, which makes the work feel a lot more real and impactful. There is also a lot of trust and ownership. You are given space to take initiative, try things out, and learn as you go, while still having the support when you need it. Leadership is open to ideas, and it actually feels like your voice is heard. Overall, it has been a place where I have grown a lot, felt valued, and enjoyed the work I do. And that is not something you find very easily.
Cons
The pace can be quite fast at times. But that also pushes you to grow and take on more than you initially expect. That said, one thing they do not compromise on is quality!
