One Word: Chaotic - Anonymous employee Pansophic Learning Employee Review

Company has been a revolving door lately, people are quitting or getting fired left & right. No maternity/paternity leave. No sick days (you only get PTO & have to use that for sick days). No fun company events paid for by the company (only potlucks and gift exchanges thrown by employees). Raises or pay increases are seldom if ever. Very little communication from higher ups about what's happening with the company.
