You get paid breaks. You can work long hours. If you repair, you get piece rate. So if you work hard, you can make more money. If you show yourself as a good worker you can move up. The current plant manager Jason White is one of the best bosses you can ask for. Also, the vice president Bobby is cool if you're honest. Driving a forklift here is hard, but if you get good, it's very fun, and I've recommended the job to several people.

You do have to take a urine and wait a week or two to even get the job. Work can be very labor intensive if you choose to repair or build. So don't bother if you're lazy. You don't get paid over time even if you go over 40 hours. Chances are you will cap at 20$ an hour at any job you do. Even supervisors don't tend to make that much unless they been there a long time. All this said I'd still recommend the job.

Its really hard work. I didn't mind, but the pay didn't match the effort. In fact, I heard they cut everyone's salary by almost 15% over the past year. Meanwhile, the owner fills a warehouse with toys. It's a joke
