      Room for career development, Big company with the ability to moved around within, Canteen on site, some roles are hybrid, pay was alright, yearly bonus

      Like most big companies there’s a drive for continuous growth, employees in some areas are pushed beyond what is reasonable achievable and it affects the quality of their work.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
