Pros

- Hybrid/WFH - Easy interviews - Training was straight forward - Repetitive content - Case managers are nice

Cons

- No support from mentors or HR. When you raise a concern with HR, it often feels like they just forward your email or message to the mentor involved, which creates bias and leads to mentors ignoring your messages. When they do respond, the communication is unprofessional, harsh, and seems like a power trip. - HR does not handle issues effectively, they rely on mentors to solve problems instead of taking responsibility. There are no performance reviews unless you specifically request one. - You have to arrange your own coverage if you want time off or are sick, taking PTO isn’t straightforward. PTO must be requested a month in advance, and approval is not guaranteed. - The workload is extremely heavy. Even if you excel at your job, you are often expected to help others or do tasks outside your role without additional compensation.
