PacMoore Response
7yTo our former employee - thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. Your comments certainly hurt and caused me as the CEO to examine my heart and my behavior. I feel terrible that you believe my pride and arrogance were the source of problems at PacMoore and for you personally.
Please accept my sincere apology.
My growth as a leader is very important. I have spent eight years with CEO training groups and with personal coaches in an effort to develop my character so I could effectively lead PacMoore. Humility is not an easy character trait in which to find proficiency and based on your feedback I may need to increase my effort. By allowing others to speak into the brokenness of my life, I have discovered a number of character issues that have hurt PacMoore employees. I have had the opportunity to apologize to some of them in person. I would be very open to meeting with you so I can apologize for whatever I did to hurt you. If we cannot meet, I hope this public apology will help you in some way.
Please be assured I will continue to work with an outside coach to help me develop a deeper sense of humility. Thank you very much for taking the time to help us grow as a team at PacMoore.
All My Best
Bill Moore
