      Pros

      Good work/life balance. You get the day off for your birthday. Family Day is really fun.

      Cons

      RIFs nearly every quarter. If you think your position is in jeopardy of being eliminated, it probably will be. Difficult (political) culture .... candidates need to vet this as carefully as they can.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
