      A good place to start a software consulting career. The company's culture is very aggressive which will push you advance yourself and learn a lot of new things. The company is innovative and grow steadily.

      Cons

      Very strong technical and sales culture which have distracted the company from long-term strategies.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
