Pros
Supportive Management in upper Management from the President down to HR. They value their employees for the most part and have fair pay, and tremendous benefits along with "on the job" training so long as you request and enforce, said request.
Cons
The problem lies in the main person in charge of the Business Development department being in a position they truly do not belong in. They are someone who does not know how to properly project sales and when those speculations and budgets fall short, the blame is passed down the line, onto the reps and account managers for "not being up to snuff". This person rarely follows through with promises and requests, unless you ride them on it constantly. Finally, the person in this position does not know how to actually manage the people they employ, and is constantly relying on others do do their job for them and instead live off of the benefits of travel, etc.
