      Pros

      The way it looks in your rear view mirror when you drive away, knowing you found a better job.

      Cons

      This is the most dishonest, lying, cheating and despicable company ever. I have never experienced such a negative environment. There are no opportunities for advancement. The turnover rate is similar to a fast food joint. The management is downright evil towards employees at times.

      In-office Monday–Friday schedule supports collaboration, but remote or hybrid flexibility should be considered more in today’s work environment. Some processes and systems are still evolving as the company continues to grow and scale
