Pros

I loved the people, I loved their passion and the endless amount of knowledge they would be willing to share. I was supported, I was guided to thrive, I was given opportunities and autonomy. I couldn't fault my wider team or the job itself.

Cons

The demands and expectations from 'above' are unrealistic. From the day I started to the day I left everyone always felt some sort of unsettled due to the constant change in acquisitions and restructures on top of the micromanagement from high up. The team didn't necessarily disagree, but sometimes you need a breather to focus on projects and goals!

Pros

Some people are fantastic, but many have left Still only 2 days in office

Cons

- New CEO fundamentally doesn't understand the business, leading to a very tense regulatory environment - Politics on all levels, hindering any potential collaboration or progress - Benefits being stripped back to bare minimum e.g. parental benefits to encourage women back to the office, gone - All investment in DE&I canned - Mass senior female leadership exit (CTO, CPO, GM Tech Delivery, GM Strategy, GM Practitioners) - Attrition through the roof over the last 12 months at almost all levels - Poor business investment decisions, leading to multiple rounds of redundancy - Complete disregard for customers and partners - CoS and generally the Office of the CEO lack a fundamental understanding of how to run a company defined as critical infrastructure
