disappointing - Anonymous employee PCD Employee Review

PCD is an awesome company to work for

no cons, absolutley love working there

I worked for PCD for almost a decade. They shaped me from pulling cable to programming, to engineering projects. The culture they shape there does not comprimise on quality of execution. I was taught early on that a smudge on a display is as bad, if not worse then failing to complete the job. The words that came time and time again from management is "If it's not perfect, you need to go back." They have taught me what it means to have pride in my work, and to take no comprimises in quality

The work environment can be tough. I have seen a lot of people come and go in my time there. The workers in the field expect a very high level of execution, and if not met can be met with adversion. If you're not willing to accept criticism, and listen to how they do things, you will have a poor experience with this company.
