Disappointing - Accounting Oxbow Employee Review

Everyone was very helpful in introducing me to the chemical industry. I also got to learn and work with different departments.

The intern position didn’t offer benefits. That was the only con in my opinion.

Pay was pretty decent. Hourly employees were all cool and down to earth

Too much drama and significant instability in management. Always quick to pass the blame down the ladder. Utility Operators are “abused” for lack of a better term. They are quick to force overtime and even quicker to write you up for the smallest thing. By far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.
