    Disappointing COVID-19 response by leadership

    Pros

    - Proud of the products we make - Proud of my team members and coworkers

    Cons

Corporate leadership has made it clear that they care more about filling their fancy new building up than they do about the health and safety of employees. Other business segments are telling team members to work from home if they can, while Corporate is telling people they have to come back. They even specifically called out that even if you have immunocompromised children, or no child care their expectation is that you are back in the office regardless of your ability to work remote. It's 2020 - just let people work from home!

    Pros

Pay was OK. Otherwise there were no pros.

    Cons

Micro management, back stabbing, "fake" people behind every door. Set up to fail so management could use as scapegoat. Worst place I have ever worked, and that includes the infantry in Baghdad.... actually I'd rather be back on the line than with this company. As a veteran I thought this would be a good a fit. It wasn't. It was terrible. I had one supervisor that wanted us to be more "confident" in our work, but had to personally approve every single thing we did. On top of that when the team had good ideas the supervisor would claim them as their own. Bottom line, if you're a veteran who is mission driven and people first this is the last place you'll want to work. This company is profits first, product last, and people expendable.
