Cons
High employee turnover in several positions. Tend to not rehire for many positions and just pass the work onto remaining employees with little to no training or accounting for current workloads. No formal training or formal onboarding or out-processing for employees. Unrealistic expectations of employees with their workloads and lack hours and support to help offset the strain. Very low salary compared to current industry standards to compensate the high workloads. Managers run their departments completely disjointed of one another other. Poor internal communication between management and employees on current happenings, procedure changes, etc.
