- Great Culture and nice people to work with. It feels like a working with a family. - Processes and Procedures are either non-existing, underdeveloped or inadequate, therefore, there are great opportunities to build and improve. -There are a lot of smart and experienced people in management which you can learn a lot from them.
Cons
-It depends on who you will be working with, some of the senior managers are old school and are very rigid when it comes to change. So be prepared for an uphill battle to make a positive change. - New in the US market and there is no clear prospect of projects in the pipeline
