      Very baffling experience - Software Developer Orange Logic* Employee Review

      Pros

      The technical challenges, the pay (but not enough considering the requirements, see below)

      Cons

      Each programming task is timed to the minute by an internal software and each timeout of few minutes leads to more or less confrontational exchanges. To avoid big disputes in the daily meeting with the CEO, you have to work crazy hours and forget your social life. The management is not fair with the junior developpers: every bugs made by the seniors are justified for incriminating the juniors or the former employees.

      They have a Very positive culture and work environment. Always striving to be on the cutting edge.

      Run much like a startup, which means things shift and change based on client demand more than a large larger company would.

      The company makes little to no effort to support massive enterprise clients. A quality product without the people to lift it up.
