      Good pay, crazy hours, smothering ceo - Programmer Orange Logic* Employee Review

      Pros

      The pay is good, the work environment is nice, free snacks.

      Cons

      Do not expect to work normal hours, regular hours were 9am- 7.30/8pm. And that's excluding the frequent "rush" periods. The CEO is always putting more pressure on the engineers. The turnover is the most ridiculous I've seen, almost every hire leaves within 4/5 months. The technology stack is not adapted, outdated technologies and overall terrible codebase. Vacation times are imposed by management.

      They have a Very positive culture and work environment. Always striving to be on the cutting edge.

      Cons

      Run much like a startup, which means things shift and change based on client demand more than a large larger company would.

      The salaries seem fair for the market. Benefits are competitive.

      The company makes little to no effort to support massive enterprise clients. A quality product without the people to lift it up.
