No proper management and No proper salary. Management thinks themselves as a god. I left this company mid last year they were supposed to clear of my salary after 45 days but they didn't till this time . They don't know how to treat their employees. If something goes wrong all blame is on juniors even the mistake was done by seniors or by the management. Salaries are delayed almost for 1-2 months . If an employee raise any questions regarding management they are grounded. They even fool their own clients through which the main incomes for company is and when client is unhappy they put the blames on employees for not working well. There's no such thing called project documentation at all. While environment of the company is completely negative. They will push you till the last limit of your patience. In the end when you resign in frustration they will not leave you because they are completely dependent on the only resource which they have. "Please don't agree with those 4-5 star rating reviews employees were forced to write those when they were working there" this company deserve rating in negative.
