Very cool company, poor management and no funding or profit - Software Developer Open Ocean Robotics Employee Review

A struggling start-up that can't raise money or find a way to make money. Leadership keeps changing directions and struggles to keep barebones of staff employed. Frequent layoffs due to lack of funding. Software and hardware isn't very stable due to short staffing and too much pressure. Due to lack of funding, the company almost never gives raises and doesn't compensate employees appropriately.
