It;s just like a public co. and whoever does not wants to work and grow must join the company . If u are good at buttering plz join and impress your boss,you will definitely do good.
Cons
Management deceives employees,not trust worthy.Job profile being told different during interview and after joining told to do something else. Mid level and top level management is not effective.
