Pros
I love the work atmosphere here, everyone is so friendly! From the day at my interview to seven months later still receiving the great welcomes as you walk by and see everyone in different departments. The best thing about my position is knowing I have a great team to help me out, and an awesome management team where I know I can ask them for questions when I'm in tough situations. I love the organization that I work for and plan on staying here for some years and even moving up to management or in the marketing team for One Guard! I definitely see all potential for this business to keep growing. Way to go!
Cons
The call volumes in the department I'm in can be a bit stressful, when phones are ringing after another, and not enough people are working that day. I do think One Guard needs to hire more employees, especially Spanish speakers! We might need to create a Spanish speaking team in the future, as to what I think.
